The nursery is coming together nicely. We have been getting some of this and some of that here and there. We have gotten diapers, wipes, lotion and some onesies. It seems like time has gone so fast and continues to go faster and faster. I have just about 16 weeks left. Seems like just yesterday we found out we were going to be parents. We can't wait for our baby to get here so we can love her to death.

Well, we were very excited to find out that we were having a girl, so we ran right out and bought some pink stuff. Sure hope she really comes out that way or he will be sleeping in pink and with the name Miley. Rich has so many things he wants to buy, I could barely get him away from the store today. Today we had our ultrasounds in Des Moines. Things looked great. Our ultrasound took an hour to get all the things looked at that they wanted to. Miley was not wanting to wake up for anything. Matter a fact the tech was poking my belly with her finger, and you could see where it was bumping the baby and she just laid there and did nothing. What a stubborn little thing. Must take after MOMMY!! The lady tried and tried she did not want to move at one point she covered up her face. I thought it was kind of amuzing. She is approximately 13 oz. just about a pound. My due date is now Chelsea's birthday May 24. Give or take a few days. Anytime between then and the 27th. We are naming her Miley Marie, as you could tell in the heading. Doctor said Miley is within the avg. for size but is a little small. But everything looks perfect heart, brain, appendages, spine. A-ok. Will be posting pics of nursery too soon.

Not Much New

Not too much new, just getting bigger by the day at this point. I am able to feel the baby quite a bit, still not real hard yet. Rich is getting disappointed because I can feel it and he can't. We sat forever last night with his hand on my belly and I was like geesh, did you feel that one? But he couldn't. Give it a week or two and I am sure he will. He is headed out tonight to Des Moines for a 4 day Drill at Camp Dodge. I am meeting him up there and we are staying at the Wildwood on Sunday night and then we have our long awaited ultrasound in Des Moines. Hope to have some really cool pics to post on Monday night. Other than that, just sleeping, working, watching tv and playing guitar hero. The BEST game ever invented. Wish us luck Monday!
