Nursery is well under way

Still have quite a bit to do, but the paint is done. Now just need to finish up furniture, decor, oh yeah and a baby!!!! I am glad to be done painting!!

Just keep getting Bigger

The weeks are just flying by and I continue to grow a little bigger each day I swear. Rich keeps giving me a hard time that it is just HUGE! We are sure getting excited to find out what sex this little baby is. We have looked a few times but he/she won't show himself/herself. We continue to work on the nursery and I will be posting some pics of that soon.

Yesterday I had another quick peek at our little one. Still did not want to cooperate so we could find out if she/he were a boy or girl. I got to see the little legs and the bottom but she/he was being bashful. The baby was very active yesterday so I only got two pics that weren't blurry the rest looked good on the monitor but were very blurry when they printed. I already know our baby is going to have a lot of personality and be a little quirky like me and his/her daddy. When we found the baby it was jsut hanging out upside down just kicking its little legs, what a silly little thing already. Then he/she got the hiccups and I got to watch that for a little while it was pretty cute. I also got to see him/her yawn and stretch really big arms, legs and all. We zoomed in baby does have five fingers on each hand and five toes on one foot anyway. Here are the two new pics that turned out. 15 weeks

I am really noticing a difference in my belly the last couple of weeks. Not so much anywhere else, which is great. I can still wear my old blue jeans but just have them held by a hair tie around the button. So I am excited that the pants still fit, but feeling a few mixed emotions about the protruding abdomen.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was a lot of fun, had lots of good food and time with family. Don't know too much else new. Have another doctor's appt. on Dec. 12. Will get to hear heartbeat again. Have a few pics from Thanksgiving. Hope all is well with everyone.

We Have A Heartbeat

Well, this week I am 13 weeks and I had my doctors appt. this morning. We heard the baby's heartbeat loud and clear. It moved around quite a bit so we only heard it little bits at a time, but it was loud and strong. It was the most amazing thing I have ever experienced. The look on Rich's face was priceless. Daddy was amazed at the little heartbeat. It was a lot of fun, can't wait to get the ultrasound. That is scheduled for Jan. 14th as of right now. Just wanted to keep you posted.

12 Weeks Pregnant

Well, we took some pics today because my belly seems to be making an appearance. In these pics I am 12 weeks, Thursday 15thwe get to hear the heartbeat and see the little boy or girl. We are so excited. Not too much else going on, feeling better most days but still not too hungry yet. I hear that is coming.

Nursery..... Under Construction

Well, we have officially started our nursery. We bought a couple of items this weekend for our new little guy or girl. We bought a crib and a changing table. We thought white would be good because it will match anything. We got the crib together, it took a while, and I only got the 3 drawers together for the changing table. I got hungry for pumpkin pie in the middle and I got stuck on the directions. Don't know too much else, go in on the 15th of November for my first real checkup supposed to hear the heartbeat so can't wait for that. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Mr. & Mrs. Miller

On March 24, 2007 Rich and I made it official. It was a lot of fun. We had a lot of our friends and family back for the wedding, it was so nice to see everyone. We have now been married for 7 months or so and loving every minute of it.

Our Life Together So Far

Well, it seems like just yesterday that I first met Rich doing his silly little dance and calling me late at night. We have had so many fun times, from when I first moved in together and then our many apts. Now we are married and loving every minute of it.

We have recently moved back to SW Iowa and have now bought a house. We are super excited about our house. We did some painting and changed a couple of things to make it our own. Now we have one room to start working on, our nursery. We recently found out that we will be adding a new addition to our family. Baby Miller is to make his/her debut in May. We are super excited.
